The role includes handling customer inquiries, supporting orders, coordinating information between departments, and helping ensure a smooth service experience.

• Experience in customer service, back office, or sales support

• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset

• Ability to work with multiple internal interfaces

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Priority experience is an advantage

• Hebrew required; English is an advantage
