Sion Medical Expands Its Activity in Israel
Sion Medical Group has completed an M&A transaction and added Droreth Ltd. to its portfolio of companies.
Founded in 1949, Droreth operates in oral care and orthodontics, nutritional supplements (including the MyHerbs brand), and pharmaceutical distribution – serving hundreds of customers nationwide, from pharmacies and dental clinics to health stores and private consumers.
This move strengthens Sion Medical’s presence in Israel, expands access to pharmacies and healthcare retail networks, and broadens the Group’s overall portfolio.
