Sion Medical is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead product sales across the Israeli healthcare market. The role includes managing the full sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, working with hospitals, clinics, and institutional buyers, and supporting growth across a defined product category.

:Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare or medical equipment field

• Experience working with hospitals, HMOs, clinics, tenders, and institutional procurement

• Strong field sales capabilities, independence, and target-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Priority experience is an advantage

• Relevant bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MSc is an advantage
